Shared laps

Laps drivers chose to share, so nobody's first evening at a circuit is a blank screen. Pick a car and a circuit, look at how somebody drove it, and open it in the program as a reference.

This is a library and not a leaderboard. Laps are ordered by time because that is a useful order; nothing here is called a record, and nobody is ranked against anybody. There are no accounts — a driver's name is claimed by the copy of the program that shared the lap, and there is no address attached to any of it.
